Replacement vocalist for Messiah at Christmas

Unfortunately, the original soprano soloist for our Messiah concerts on Friday 13 and Saturday 14 December, Giulia Semenzato, is unable to perform. Instead we will welcome Emma Morwood as her replacement for both performances.
 
Born in Belfast, Emma Morwood studied at the University of Edinburgh and the Royal Northern College of Music (RNCM). Emma was a major award winner at the RNCM, including the Dame Eva Turner Award and the Claire Crozia Prize for French Song and, since graduating, has worked with many of Europe’s finest orchestras and conductors. We’re delighted that Emma will be joining us once again!
